How do I make C$ fast as a beginner?

What does Luck % actually do?
It raises the chance your hooked fish rolls a higher rarity tier (Uncommon → Rare → Legendary → Mythical → Apex), and raises the odds of mutation multipliers (Golden, Albino, Sparkling). You can test rod + enchant combos in the Loadout Simulator.
Where is the Black Market?
